We do not tattoo minors regardless of parental consent! In regards to piercings, though the legal age is 16, as we are also a tattoo studio you must be 18 to get pierced.
What is the shop minimum and hourly rates? Our shop minimum is $300 for any tattoo and $350 for high motion areas while our hourly rate starts at $400 per hour.
What forms of payment do you accept? We take all cards as well as cash. Tip is in cash or Venmo only!
Do you take walk-ins or do I need an appointment? We take walk-ins daily! They are subjected to the first available artist at the time of the walk-in.
How do I book an appointment? To book an appointment send us an email! We do not take bookings over the phone due to possible miscommunication. We would need a detailed description of the tattoo, measurement and photo references as well as the preferred artist if applicable and available dates.
How far in advance should I book? I am a traveling client. If you are traveling we recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance to secure the desired date & time. Each artist and their schedules vary so the earlier the better!
How should I prepare for my appointment? Please shave and shower! This makes it much easier for the artist in terms of prepping! The night before no overindulging in alcohol as it thins the blood. Refrain from exfoliating and tanning as this can cause additional unnecessary trauma to the skin.
Can I bring family/a friend with me?Of course. All are welcome. Please just inform the front desk when checking in for your appointment.
Do you do high motion area tattoos? (Lip/ Finger + Hand/Neck/ Ankle + Foot)High motion areas tend to have difficult retention. In some cases they can fade rapidly and fade entirely in extreme cases. Tattoo retention is determined by many factors like skin type, lifestyle, exposure however these areas are the most likely to need touch ups. We don’t recommend them for a lifelong tattoo but we will do them if you are aware of this and choose to proceed!
How do I take care of my new tattoo? If you get tegaderm keep it on for 3-5 days and take it off in the shower or under running water as this will help with removing the adhesive. Once it’s off gently clean it with an antibacterial soap, we recommend Dial. Pat to dry clean do not rub and apply a thin layer of the A&D Ointment provided in the aftercare bag. Reapply this 3-4 times a day over the next 3-4 days. After 4-5 days you can begin to use any body lotion as long as it is free of fragrance. Over the next 2-3 weeks while it is still in the process of healing it will begin to scab and flake, this is normal. Do not pick at it as this can lift up ink underneath! Avoid direct contact with the showerhead, direct sunlight, and submerging in water (pools, baths, hot tubs, swimming.) If you work out, keep it light as excessively sweating will open up pores and push ink out which also means no saunas!
